Urban planning is sometimes too lead from the top. It would be vital to understand what the locals want because they are those who will live in that places.

The new grassroots policy gives inhabitants the freedom to design and execute the ideas what they want in their city. Unlike normal participation in urban policy, a new proposal model will help an inhabitant to ensure that his / her opinion is considered and executed. This strategy links social, economic and community together. However, the outcome is in the participants hand.

The city can collect truly user data what the inhabitants really want and which projects to continue in the future. Inhabitants get to know their neighbors and work together which create stronger and better community. Because all the work is done by volunteers the city needs less resources for urban development.
