Reissupaketti was VR’s (Finnish State Railways) pilot experiment during the summer of 2018. The pilot was a part of sales channels developing and reforming. The goal of the pilot was to make the ticket service platform more user centric with the help of a selected test group.
My role in the team was to operate the ethnographic research. We researched the service experience of the Reissupaketti by using surveys, interviews and usability testings. We improved and developed the Reissupaketti forward using the results and insights of the research.
